Hey there! Welcome to my lil corner of the Internet.

I'm Abby, a Catholic, nineteen-year-old dork extraordinaire, living life on the California coastline. Extreme bookworm and tea fanatic. Passionate about words and getting my two-cents out there.

I'm more of a quiet person by nature, and have always had trouble with public speaking. But I do have a lot of opinions and thoughts that I want to speak out about. That's why I decided I want to go into journalism.

Writing started out as a past-time for 13-year-old me, and I wanted to write novels. I still would love to write a book, and have succeeded in finishing a few rough drafts of different projects. But now writing is so much more to me--I want to write about the world and what's going on. I want to give the real story.

I don't expect this blog to get very far, nor do I expect to have more than five-ish followers, but that's okay. This blog is my little outlet, so I would brace myself if I were you.

I love God, my family and friends, my ever-growing mug collection, Psych, British accents, my tiny school, dancing, my notebooks, music, rainy days, and chocolate in all its forms. I will almost always be up for long, weird, and deep conversations, a trip to the bookstore, breakfast at any time of day or night, obscure movie references, dancing in the rain, and ridiculously oversized sweatshirts.
